My name is Luis Serra and I'm from Portugal.

My experience spans fifteen years in designing and web creation. I have developed activities as a freelancer since July of 2010 in digital marketing, image consulting, graphic design, as a communication designer and in web development (PHP, ASP, CSS, JAVA, MySQL, WordPress and BootStrap) as well as mobile platforms (Android). With these happenings I have formed a group of customers and partners based upon cooperation and mutual trust.

I have an excellent knowledge base of Adobe Systems and photography which allows me to complement and create a better graphic image both on-line and off-line.

I started my professional career in 2001 and I have learned about many tools to obtain improved results and to better satisfy the customer’s needs. Throughout my career I have worked with and learned from excellent professionals and have had a constant learning curve with many apprenticeships culminating in a degree in Multimedia Communication from the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda, Portugal, which I started in 2010 and completed in 2013.

As part of my professional activities I have developed work in other markets namely Spain, France, England, Germany, Italy, Angola, Morocco, Libya, Israel, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Thailand and United States of America which have allowed me to expand my knowledge base about other cultures, other ways of working as well as the hands-on experience of working with many different customers.

I know with certainty that my aptitudes to make/create services in web-based design will represent a precious advantage for your company.
